The Brief: 
Our clients are Australian expats residing in Hong Kong. Milk Chocolate was briefed to find a terrace located in Sydney’s Inner West, preferably in Balmain or Birchgrove. The brief was a home that could be placed on the short-term rental market so our clients could also enjoy the home as their Australian bolthole on their trips back to Oz. When they eventually return home from Hong Kong this property would be their home for a few years and they wanted a home that could be renovated to their taste before they returned.
