Ben is looking to purchase multiple properties in Australia and has commissioned Milk Chocolate to undertake the purchasing strategy along side his accountant and financial adviser. Milk Chocolate will then undertake the area research, source and purchase the properties and undertake any required renovations.

A SMSF approached Milk Chocolate to assist with the purchase of a commercial office space in Sydney to add to their portfolio. We will be assisting with their finance approval and any renovations/fit outs if required.
