Every week we take a look at the Australian national auction clearance rates for each capital city. The results are distilled and posted in a short 30 sec video on our Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube pages each Sunday afternoon (AEST).

What do auction clearance rates actually mean? It's the number of properties sold via auction Vs. the number of properties that were scheduled for auction. In a nutshell, a low auction clearance rate indicates it's a buyers market and a high auction clearance rate means the market is hot, which is good for the seller.
