We love spearheading new builds, as they give us the opportunity to design and create a real masterpiece that’s practically free from limitations. This brand-spanking-new abode in Umina Beach, on the NSW Central Coast, is no exception.
Initially, the land contained an original cottage that, while situated in an awesome location on the beach, was in very tired condition. We decided to knock it down and replace it with an entirely new architectural masterpiece, built to maximise this incredible spot.

Over a period of 12 weeks, we worked hard on the design of the home, with a further 34 weeks spent on council and approvals. Now, the property is nearing completion and will soon be all set for our excited clients to move in.
