Identifying appropriate markets for investment is a complex undertaking. Our proprietary software uses advanced machine learning algorithms to pinpoint the most promising suburbs for growth and cash flow nationwide, empowering our clients to invest in properties that exceed average performance.

This tool consolidates information from over 1,500 data points for every suburb, region and city in Australia, with records going back to 1980 (1991 for ACT, 1993 for SA, and 1999 for NT). Our database is sourced from CoreLogic, ABS, RBA, Google Maps, Government and Council, and numerous other public and private data sources.

Our capital growth forecasting tool tailored for the Australian residential property market leverages extensive data from CoreLogic, ABS, RBA and others, then uses advanced time series forecasting techniques from traditional statistical analysis and machine learning to provide precise predictions on capital growth, helping our customers make more informed investment decisions.
