Unlike using a host of individual trades and professional services, we cover it all, whilst providing clear, fixed-price stages across the construction journey.

Milk Chocolate manages cosmetic or structural renovations to subdivisions and new builds. From concept to completion, we work closely with our selected professional
services teams to create an outcome that focuses on your investment and financial goals, ensuring you don’t overcapitalise. The Milk Chocolate team boasts years of experience across design and planning, project management and construction.
When it comes to renovating investment properties, we want you to trust us. We won’t ask for your input and approval for every step along the way, we are here to take care of the details for you.

Project Fees
Our staged fee provides more certainty and transparency. Each stage fee is fixed, and agreed upon at the end of the stage prior. The stage fee is inclusive of all professional services (including Milk Chocolate), demolition, permits, insurances, builders warranty, fixtures, fittings and construction. Additionally, we'll provide you with a recommended buffer allowance, depending on the project.
Our fee of 15%+GST is included proportionately in each stage. We will provide you with a total fee, that is inclusive of all stages of the project: Concept design, Approvals & Interior Design, Pre-construction, Construction and Defects.
Project proposal fees
If you would like us to provide a project proposal for your job, we charge a non-refundable fee of $770 inc GST. If you decide to go with Milk Chocolate to manage your project, we will deduct the scoping fee from our service fee.

Pre-Construction
Manage DA/CDC approval, Construction Certificate
